Striploin Steak With Blue Cheese Butter

Servings: 4 people

Preparation

1. Mix the batter ingredients one by one, set aside in fridge

2. Slice the onions into ring shapes, dust in flour, then place in batter

3. Fry at 200c for 3mins until golden brown.

4. Beat the stilton and butter until soft and smooth, add the mustard. Roll tightly in cling film until a cylinder shape is achieved, chill and slice when needed.

5. Fry the striploin steaks in a hot pan for 2mins on each side, rest.

6. Finish by placing the steaks on a plate, place a disc of the blue cheese butter on top, followed by the onion rings. Lastly dress the watercress leaf salad and serve on the side.
