Pineapple 'Martini' recipe

Serve up summer in a glass with this tropical pineapple mocktail recipe. Shake together pure pineapple and orange juice, mint and ice and serve – it's that easy!

  1. Shake the juices with the mint leaves and ice in a cocktail shaker or sealed jam jar for 30 secs.
