3-ingredient instant raspberry frozen yogurt

For a delicious sweet vegan treat, try this easy 3-ingredient raspberry frozen yogurt. Refreshing frozen raspberries and creamy coconut yogurt, for a sweet hit without the sugar.

Preparation

1. Fill the food processor

 

Put all ingredients in a food processor.

2. Blitz

Blitz until the raspberries begin to break up.

Blitz

3. Bring together

Scrape down the sides of the mixture, then blitz until it starts to come together to a smooth ice cream. Do not over-blitz or the raspberries will begin to defrost and the mixture will be too soft.

4. Scoop and serve

Scoop out into serving dishes and enjoy straight away or transfer to a sealed container and freeze for later.
