Tomato and caper vinaigrette


1. Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat,


2. Add the tomatoes and fry for 10 mins until softened and just starting to collapse.

3. Add the garlic, vinegar and season to taste.

4. Simmer for 2 mins, then stir in the capers and basil and remove from the heat.

5. Spoon the warm vinaigrette over the steaks.
