Strawberry and Elderflower Oats

Reinvent your speedy, tasty breakfasts with fresh strawberry and elderflower oats soaked overnight.

Servings: 2 people


Divide the oats between four bowls. Pour 100ml of milk into each bowl, cover with cling film and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 hours.

This will enable the oats to soak up the milk becoming soft and creamy. 

The next morning loosen with a splash more milk if necessary, add the sliced strawberries and drizzle over the elderflower cordial (approx. tsp per bowl). 

Eat immediately.


100g porridge oats
400ml skimmed milk
200g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

40ml elderflower cordial
