Spiced Apple and Ginger Ale

Toast your campside meals with this delicious spiced apple and ginger ale which makes for a zesty, warming drink that’s sure to spice up those winter nights.

Cook time: 10 minutes

Servings: 4 people


Pour the apple juice into a large saucepan and add the cinnamon, cloves and star anise. Heat to just under a simmer, then keep it there for 5 minutes. 
Turn off the heat and let the juice to infuse for 5 more minutes, then remove the spices and add in the ginger ale. 
Ladle into cups to serve.


300ml cloudy apple juice
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
2 star anise 
300ml ginger ale
