Smoothie Bowl

Not only is this smoothie bowl beautiful, it's also packed full of fruity goodness making it a great way to start the day. 

Prep time: 5 minutes

Servings: 2 people


Put all the ingredients (except the garnishes) in a smoothie maker or food processor and whizz to the desired consistency.

Pour or spoon into 2 serving bowls. 

Garnish with tight, neat rows of fig, blackberries, granola, orange, sliced strawberries and chia seeds. 


1 large banana, peeled and cut into 4
75g cooked beetroot
175g strawberries
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and halved 
1 medium mango, peeled, stoned and roughly chopped
75g blueberries
50g raspberries

To garnish

1 fig, sliced
60g blackberries
20g granola
1 orange, sliced
60g strawberries, sliced
20g chia seeds
