Pork Chops with Potato Wedges

Pork chops and potato wedges make for a great hearty meal in the cold autumn evenings.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 40 minutes

Servings: 4 people

Preparation

Preheat oven to Gas 6, 200ºC,400ºF. Cut each potato into 8 wedges.

Place in a roasting tin with onion. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with chilli powder and pepper, and roast for 15 minutes.

Core the apples and cut into rings.

Place 4 pork chops in a separate tin with apple slices on top. Brush with oil and roast for 25 mins or cooked through.

Serve with mixed vegetables.

4 pork chops
