Patatas bravas

Enjoy these spicy, Spanish potatoes that are perfect for a side dish, starter or as part of a full tapas spread.

Prep time: 20 minutes

Cook time: 70 minutes

Servings: 10 people


Preheat the oven to 180°C/200°C/gas mark 6/. 

Take the cubed potatoes and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Spread over a roasting tin and toss the potatoes in the oil, season with salt and pepper.

Roast for 40-50 minutes until the potatoes are crisp and golden brown.

Gently reheat the sauce in a saucepan. 

Tip the potatoes into dishes and spoon over the sauce. Sprinkle with the parsley.

1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
227g Tesco Chopped Tomatoes
1tbsp Tesco Tomato Purée
2tsp sweet paprika
Pinch of chilli powder
Pinch of sugar
Chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
