Mango Lassi

Here's a cool refreshing drink that is sure to quench your thirst during dry January.

Cook time: 0 minutes

Servings: 4 people


Peel the mangoes and cut them into small pieces.

Discard the seed.

Blend the mango pieces into a smooth pulp using a blender/mixer.

If you are using tinned mango pulp, skip the above steps.

Add the milk, yogurt, ice cubes and sugar to the pulp and blend again.

Pour into tall glasses and garnish with cardamom powder.

Serve chilled.


2 ripe mangoes or 300g tinned mango pulp
100ml whole milk
250ml natural yogurt
3tsp sugar
2 green cardamom pods, crushed and powdered
6 ice cubes
