Fruity Frozen Yogurt Bites

A delcious and fun snack to make with little ones. These fruity frozen yogurt bites are a healthy way to keep your kid's sweet tooth at bay. 

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

Servings: 12 people


Line a 12-hole muffin tin with cupcake cases. 

Let children use a butter knife to chop the strawberries, mango and pineapple fingers into bit-size pieces. 

Scoop out the kiwi flesh with a dessert spoon and then let the children chop with the butter knife. 

Set the fruit aside.

Put a dollop of yogurt into each cupcake case, so that the case is about a third full. 

Using a teaspoon, dot a little fruit coulis on top. 

Transfer the muffin tin to the freezer for 2 1/2 hours, or until completely frozen. 

Remove the cases from the tin and serve on plates or in their cases. 

If the cases become stuck, fill your sink with a couple of centimetres of hot water and dip the tray's base in the water for a couple of seconds to release


50g strawberries

1 x 80g pack mango and pineapple fingers

1 kiwi fruit, halved 

1 x 500g pot of Greek yogurt

1 1/2 tbsp of fruit coulis
