Fresh Tuna Salad Recipe

This fresh tuna salad is a great afternoon or mid-week meal that combines both convenience and delicious eastern flavours.  

Cook time: 5 minutes

Servings: 2 people


  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry 2 x yellowfin tuna steaks for 1½-2 minutes each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking.
  2. Remove and slice.
  3. Stir-fry 1 x 300g pack rice noodles for 1 minute.
  4. Toss with 2 x 80g packs pineapple fingers, diced, and 3 tbsp healthy living Thai sweet chilli Ddressing.
  5. Top with any chopped soft herbs you have (optional).
