Made with tiger prawns, double-cream and parmesan cheese. Bring the flavours of Italy to your kitchen with this deliciously tempting creamy prawn pasta.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

Servings: 4 people

Preparation

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. 

Add the pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente then drain. 

In a large pan, melt the butter over a medium heat. 

Stir in the cream and season with ground black pepper. 

Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly. 

Stir the parmesan cheese into the cream sause until thoroughly mixed through. 

Blend in the pesto, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until thickened. 

Stir in the tiger prawns, and cook until they turn pink, about 5 minutes. 

Serve over the hot finest* conchiglioni rigate.

225g tesco finest* conchiglioni rigate (or a pasta of your choice)
2 x 150g tesco finest* tiger prawns 
250ml tesco fresh double cream 
120g grated parmigiano regianno 
60g butter
45g tesco finest* pesto all genovese 
1/4 tbsp ground black pepper
