Energiser Drink with Apple, Carrot and Oranges

A delicious energizer drink, easily made with fresh apples, carrots and oranges and your kitchen juicer.

Preparation

You will need a juicer for this delicious smoothie recipe.

Juice the apples, carrots and ginger into a glass. Stir in the orange juice and drink at once.

Try using a teaspoon to scrape the skin from the ginger, it's much easier than using a peeler.

Ingredients

2 apples, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
2 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
2.5cm piece of root ginger, peeled
Juice of 2 oranges
