Easy spaghetti Bolognese
This simple spaghetti Bolognese recipe is great for weeknight family dinners. With beef, mushrooms and tangy chopped tomatoes, everyone will love this Italian classic. Pair with garlic bread, and tuck in just 45 minutes.

Servings: 4 people
Preparation
1. Heat the oil in a large heavy-based pan. Add the mince and season. Cook for 5-10 mins, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until browned.
2. Add the celery and mushrooms to the pan and cook for 3-5 mins until softened.
3. Tip the tomatoes into the pan along with 200ml water. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 mins.
4. Meanwhile, cook the baguette and spaghetti to pack instructions. Drain the spaghetti, then divide between bowls and top with the Bolognese sauce. Serve with the garlic bread.
