Black bean corn nachos recipe

Bring something new to the table with this black bean corn nacho recipe!

Preparation

Leave the black beans steeping in water overnight. 

Cook for 45-50 minutes in a pot of boiling water. 

Spread the tortilla chips into a bowl. 

Scatter the beans, corn, peppers, jalapenos, squeeze over the lime, scatter the coriander and serve with a dollop of cream.

80g cooked black beans
1 red peper (diced)
1 jalapeno chili finely diced
1/2 half lime juiced
