Bircher Muesli

This fruit-filled Bircher Muesli is packed full of nutritious ingredients and will keep you and your family going until lunch.

Preparation

Place the oats, raisins, apricots, almonds and grated apple into a large bowl and mix together.

Pour in the milk, orange and lemon juice and mix again.

Leave in the fridge overnight.

Serve for breakfast with a dollop of natural yogurt and a few berries of your choice.
