Energiser Drink with Apple, Carrot and Oranges

All you need for this delicious recipe is a blender and some fresh fruit and veg.

Preparation

Juice the apples, carrots and ginger into a glass. Stir in the orange juice and drink at once.

Tip
Try using a teaspoon to scrape the skin from the ginger, it's much easier than using a peeler.
