Chicken and Hummus Wrap

"A great way of making your child’s lunch nutritious is to add a home made spread. Our hummus recipe lasts for a week in the fridge and you can spread on your sandwich or use as a dip.  Make it extra creamy by adding lots of Greek yogurt."

Preparation

To make the hummus place the chickpeas, garlic, tahini and lemon juice in the food processor.
Blend until smooth, adding some Greek yoghurt to the mixture to achieve the required consistency.
Spread the hummus on the wrap add the chicken, sweetcorn and cheese.

If your child is a fan of red and green peppers, you can swap them in instead of sweetcorn. They make a lovely addition to this wrap.

4 tbsp tahini (sesame-seed paste)

Juice of ½ lemon
