Orange Vanilla French Toast

Vanilla and Orange French Toast

Combining vanilla’s sweet taste with the vibrant citrus aromas of orange, this delicious French toast recipe is the ideal breakfast option and morning fuel.

Servings: 4 people

Preparation

Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, zest, juice and vanilla until well combined.

Heat a medium nonstick frying pan over high heat, add the butter and heat until melted and just starting to bubble.

Turn heat down to medium.

Dip the brioche slices in the egg mixture and cook bread in batches, for 2 minutes each side or until golden.

60ml orange juice
1tsp vanilla extract
20g butter
a selection of berries to garnish
