Bumbles of Rice's Coconutty Granola

Say goodbye to boring tea and toast and hello to delicious 'Coconutty Granola'. It's ready in just 30 minutes.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 30 minutes

Servings: 3 people

Preparation

In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients and mix well.

Melt the coconut oil in the microwave or in a small pan. 

Then, slowly add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring well to coat the dry ingredients with the mixture.

Spread out onto a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes if you like pale granola or up to one hour if you like it darker and crunchier.

Stir occasionally when it's in the oven to ensure it cooks evenly.

2 tablespoons maple syrup

2 tablespoons coconut oil
